Initial Screening

We not only assess the merits of the individual, their qualifications and their experience but also their desire to provide high quality care.

Interview

This is an opportunity for both the sides as the applicant can monstrate their knowledge and passion for care and our chance to assess if the individual is the right fit for us.

Referencing and work history

We make sure all Theale Care staff member go thorough referencing of the past 3 years of their work history and/or studying.

CRB Checks

The Theale Care staff member should undertake an enhanced criminal record check.

Induction to the company

Every staff member should undergo a mandatory induction program to familiarize on the company policies and guidelines.

Pre-work training

We ensure that every employee has a valid and required certification. If necessary trainings will be provided. In the case of clients with complex needs induction will be provided by the existing staff member. By this stage every staff is confident to sign in for their first shift.
